Guidestar Realty Corporation was established in 1998 with Clive Pearce, Broker of Record and Richard Pearce, Broker.  They own and operate Guidestar Realty as a family brokerage.

Clive has over 50 years’ experience as a Real Estate Broker. Richard has been in Real Estate over 27 years. Together, along with their team of Brokers and Sales Representatives, Guidestar Realty Corporation has upwards of 250 years, experience in the Ottawa market.
